Your Satisfaction is our priority!


If a product does not perform properly, please contact us immediately to determine if the product should be returned or serviced immediately. Ansay Consulting may issue an RMA to return the item and will then inspect the returned items and contact you with the disposition. Claims for defects in material or workmanship will not be considered unless made in writing to Ansay Consulting within guarantee period for the product purchased. Material proving defective in the hands of buyer, when used for purposes for which such material is intended, will be replaced or credit will be allowed for the price thereof at Seller's option. All new Ansay Consulting toner, ink  products are guaranteed for one full year from the date of invoice/ship date to be free of manufacturing defects. Our new product guarantee for Computers, Servers, Printers, Memory, and other related technology is limited to the manufacturer’s new product warranty for that product.

Returns will only be accepted during this period with a return authorization number only. All returns must be accompanied with return authorization form and original invoice provided by Ansay Consulting.  Please call customer service at 800.276.4092 for a return authorization number or for a copy of your invoice. All returns after 90 days of invoice will be processed for replacement only.

All non-defective products are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Products will only be accepted if they are received in original condition and packaging.  Ansay Consulting will issue in house credit only to be used on future orders.   Please contact us with any questions.
